摘要
推行物流管理专业“1+X”证书制度试点有助于提高物流业技能型人才培养质量,当前试点工作正稳步推进,但仍面临诸如职业技能等级证书认可度不高、参与试点院校办学水平参差不齐、物流业细分产业相关证书缺乏等问题,应加强校企联动培养,提升师资培训能力,同时完善物流管理“X”证书体系,以提高高职物流人才培养质量。
Logistics management professional certificate of“1+X”pilot system helps to improve the quality of logistics industry technical personnel training.The pilot work is in steady progress,but problems still exist.For instance,the approval certificate of professional skill level is not high,colleges involved in are in different levels,the lack of logistics industry segment related certificate.We should strengthen the linkage between colleges cultivate,promote teacher training ability,and perfect the system of the logistics management certificate“X”at the same time so as to improve higher vocational logistics talent training quality.
