摘要
近年来,脑卒中后肩手综合征患者逐年增多,若治疗不及时严重影响患者的生活质量。目前该病病因尚无定论,诊断及治疗方案众多。现有的诊疗措施具有一定的局限性,并不能彻底根治肩手综合征患者的病症。本文通过分析相关文献,从发病机制、治疗方法等方面就脑卒中后肩手综合征的研究现状进行阐述。
In recent years,the number of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke has increased year by year.If the treatment is not timely,the quality of life of the patients will be seriously affected.At present,the etiology of the disease is still inconclusive,and there are many diagnosis and treatment plans.The existing diagnosis and treatment measures have certain limitations,and can not completely cure the symptoms of shoulder hand syndrome.Based on the analysis of relevant literature,the paper expounds the research status of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke from the aspects of pathogenesis and treatment.
