Design of Data Acquisition System for Log Contour Parameters

摘要 针对目前我国原木外轮廓参数测量仍依赖人工完成的现状,运用功能设计法,设计一套基于红外传感检测的原木外轮廓参数采集系统,该系统主要由原木外轮廓参数采集装置和原木输送装置构成。通过有限元分析软件对关键部件进行了静力学分析,采用红外传感器进行原木表面参数采集,通过单片机编程设计了原木外轮廓参数采集装置和原木输送装置的控制系统。该套设备可以实现原木的输送以及原木外轮廓参数的自动采集,为原木加工的自动化与智能化奠定基础。 In view of the fact that the measurement of log contour parameters still depends on manual work in China,a set of log contour parameters acquisition system based on infrared sensor detection was designed using a function design method.The system is mainly composed of a log outer contour parameter acquisition device and a log conveying device.Through the finite element analysis software,the static analysis of the key components was carried out,the infrared sensor was used to collect the log surface parameters,and the control system of the log outer contour parameter acquisition device and the log conveying device were designed through the single chip microcomputer programming.This set of equipment can realize the transportation of logs and the automatic acquisition of log contour parameters,which lays a foundation for the automation and intelligence of log processing.
