“金课”理念下高职院校的课程建设 被引量:22

Curriculum Construction in Vocational Colleges under the Concept of"Golden Course"

摘要 以“金课”建设为理念推进高职院校课程建设,需要重塑和超越“精品在线开放课程”。“金课”建设不能局限于“课堂革命”,需要实施综合的系统工程。高职教育应该侧重于技术创新创造的学科内涵,以市场需求为导向建构课程体系。因其“工作过程”载体的特征、课程建设要适用于应用知识的行动体系;课程评价要趋向学习过程的外部性和社会化标准,以推动在真实职场环境中培养学习者的职业能力。因此,高职院校“金课”建设要抓住课程标准这一灵魂,突出学生学习成果的最终教学目标评价,加快构建国家资历框架支撑,“以学生为中心”建设“双师型”教学队伍,不断提升高职院校人才培养能力。 To promote the curriculum construction of vocational colleges based on the concept of "golden course" construction, it is necessary to reshape and surpass the "high-quality online open courses". The construction of "golden courses" should not be limited to "classroom revolution", but should be carried out in a comprehensive and systematic way. Higher vocational education focuses on the subject connotation of technological innovation and creation and constructs the curriculum system guided by market demand. The characteristic of "working process" carrier require curriculum construction to be suited for the action system of applied knowledge. The course evaluation should be oriented towards the externalization and socialization standards of the learning process, so as to promote the cultivation of learners’ vocational ability in the real workplace environment. Therefore, the construction of "golden courses" in vocational colleges should grasp the soul of curriculum standards, highlight the ultimate evaluation of students’ learning effect, accelerate the construction of national qualification framework support, implement "student-centered" construction of a "double-qualified" teaching team, and constantly improve the talent cultivation ability of vocational colleges.
