摘要
创新创业教育是中国高等教育改革发展的重要突破点。开展创新创业教育必须以对创新创业人才的人格特质、核心素质和关键能力的清晰认识为前提。经过审慎的哲学思辨发现,创新创业人才普遍具有创造性人格特质,形成了以自信心、责任心、冒险意识、合作意识、市场意识、风险意识和抗挫折性为核心的心理素质,并且具备以目标确定、行动谋划、果断抉择、沟通合作、把握机遇、防范风险和抗挫折等为关键的七种能力,而创造性人格具有七种内在一贯的属性,即主体性、批判性、决断性、合作性、反思性、逻辑性与实践性,如此就构成了一个完整的由内而外的三重七级“人格-素质-能力”结构图式。
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education is an important breakthrough in the reform and devel opment of higher education in China.To carry out Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,it is necessary to clearly understand the personality,core quality and key ability of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.After thoughtful philosophical introspection,it is found that innovative and entrepreneurial talents generally have creative personality and possess psychological quality with self-confidence,conscien.tiousness,sense of adventure,sense of cooperation,sense of market,sense of risk and resistance to set backs as the core,and they are also embodiment of the seven key abilities of goal determination,action planning,decisive choice,communication and cooperation,opportunity grasping,risk prevention and rising in adversity.The core of creative personality is the seven inherent and consistent attributes,i.e.,subjectivity,criticalness,decisiveness,cooperativeness,reflection,logic and practicality.In this way,a complete triple seven-level"personality-quality-ability"structural schema from the inside to the outside is formed.
