摘要
综述了环境中毒品和代谢物的分析方法,简述了环境中常见的毒品污染物,总结了各种毒品和代谢物在不同环境中的检测结果,分析了多种毒品在环境中的生态毒性。环境中毒品和代谢物多采用液相色谱串联质谱法进行分析,经常检出阿片类毒品、苯丙胺类毒品、可卡因、大麻和氯胺酮及相应代谢产物,在城市污水、地表水、地下水、饮用水和空气中都检出了毒品或其代谢产物,环境浓度下毒品和代谢物具有明显的生态环境风险。
Illicit drugs are the latest group of emerging pollutants in the environment,their impact to environment and human health cannot be ignored.In this paper the analytical methods of drugs and their metabolites in the environment were introduced,the common drug pollutants in the environment were briefly described,the detection results of various drugs and their metabolites in different environmental compartments were summarized,the ecotoxicity of various drugs in the environment was analyzed.Illicit drugs and their metabolites in the environmental were mainly analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Opiates,amphetamines,cocaine,marijuana,ketamine and their corresponding metabolites are frequently detected in the environment.Illicit drugs or their metabolites have been detected in the urban sewage,surface water,groundwater,drinking water and air.It was suggested that drugs and their metabolites at ambient concentrations have significant ecological environment risk,and research on ecological environment risk and human health impacts of different drugs should be actively carried out.
