摘要
目的探究腹泻型肠易激综合征应用合欢逍遥散颗粒的临床治疗效果。方法选取白银市中医院结合医院2019年1月至12月收治的136例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,依据计算机表法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组68例。对照组患者采用西医治疗方案,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合合欢逍遥散治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗有效率、症状评分等指标。结果试验组患者临床治疗有效率为95.59%,对照组为75.00%,试验组临床疗效更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在腹泻症状、腹痛症状、肠鸣音症状、烦躁症状、倦怠乏力症状、食欲不振症状的评分方面,治疗后试验组患者各项指标分别为(2.83±0.84)分、(2.71±0.85)分、(2.98±0.82)分、(2.87±0.76)分、(2.89±0.66)分、(2.01±0.73)分,对照组各项指标分别为(3.57±0.91)分、(3.46±0.87)分、(3.61±0.84)分、(3.89±0.98)分、(3.82±0.82)分、(3.64±0.82)分,试验组症状积分改善幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹泻型肠易激综合征患者采用合欢逍遥散颗粒治疗方案,可以有效缓解症状表现,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hehuan Xiaoyao Powder Granules on diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Totally 136 of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome admitted to Baiyin Combined Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and test group according to computer table method,68 cases per group.The control group was treated with western medicine,patients in the experimental group were treated with Hehuan Xiaoyao Powder Granules.The effective rate and symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in experimental group was 95.59%,the control group was 75.00%.The experimental group has better clinical efficacy,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the score of diarrhea symptoms,abdominal pain symptoms,bowel sounds symptoms,irritability symptoms,burnout fatigue symptoms,loss of appetite symptoms,the indexes were(2.83±0.84),(2.71±0.85),(2.98±0.82),(2.87±0.76),(2.89±0.66),(2.01±0.73),the control groups were divided into(3.57±0.91),(3.46±0.87),(3.61±0.84),(3.89±0.98),(3.82±0.82),(3.64±0.82).The test group had a greater improvement in symptom score,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome are treated with Hehuan Xiaoyao Powder Granule,can effectively relieve symptoms,improve the effect of clinical treatmen.
