锥束口腔CT机复合谐波传动装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 锥束口腔CT诊断设备中扫描装置传动系统对传动精度要求高,普通传动装置难以满足其使用要求,针对我国研发的口腔CT机传动机构存在噪声大、定位精确度不高等问题,利用谐波传动机构传动平稳、传动精度高等优点,并结合行星齿轮传动抗冲击和振动能力较强等特点,设计出一套用于锥束口腔CT扫描装置的复合谐波传动装置。运用三维设计软件SolidWorks进行三维建模,并导入Adams动力学仿真软件进行了仿真实验,结果表明,设计的复合谐波传动装置响应迅速,转动平稳,传动精度高,满足医用要求。 Aiming at the high precision of the transmission system of the scanning device in the conebeam oral CT diagnostic equipment,the ordinary transmission device is difficult to meet its use requirements.The oral CT machine developed in China has high noise and low positioning accuracy,harmonic transmission has the advantages of smooth transmission and high transmission accuracy.Combined with the characteristics of planetary gear transmission with strong anti-shock and vibration capabilities,a composite harmonic transmission device for cone beam oral CT scanning device is designed.Three-dimensional modeling is performed using the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks,and Adams kinetic simulation software is introduced for simulation experiments.The results show that the design has fast response,smooth rotation,high transmission accuracy,and meets medical requirements.
