摘要
在对火车油品进行计量的过程中,主要使用人工检尺计量以及液位计自动计量两种方法,在计量的过程中会因一些因素的影响,对油品计量产生一定误差与盈亏。在对油品进行计量的过程中,油站计量误差原因有较多,比如油罐车场不平衡、密度取样不科学以及油品静置时间相对较短等。文章对计量误差中存在的问题进行深入分析,并在此基础上采取有效措施对存在的问题进行有效解决。
In the process of measuring train oil products,two methods are mainly used for manual gauge measurement and liquid level gauge automatic measurement.During the measurement process,due to the influence of some factors,certain errors and profits and losses will be caused to the oil product measurement.In the process of measuring oil products,there are many reasons for the measurement errors of oil stations,such as unbalanced oil tank yard,unscientific density sampling,and relatively short standing time of oil products.For this reason,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems in measurement errors,and take effective measures to effectively solve the existing problems on this basis.
