1-MCP处理对翠冠梨货架期品质的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用3种不同浓度的1-MCP处理,研究其对翠冠梨(Pyrus prifolia Nakai cv Cuiguan)常温货架期的影响。结果表明,翠冠梨常温货架期仅10 d左右,而1-MCP处理可明显降低常温货架期翠冠梨的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量,抑制果皮颜色转黄,维持果肉硬度,提高好果率,明显延长翠冠梨常温货架期至20 d以上,0.5μL·L^(-1)1-MCP即可满足货架期20 d的贮藏保鲜需求。 Pyrus prifolia Nakai cv Cuiguan was used to investigate the effects of 1-Methylcyclopropene treatment with three different concentrations on postharvest shelf life at room temperature.The results showed that 1-MCP treatment could significantly reduce the respiratory intensity and ethylene release of Cuiguan pear,inhibit the peel color turning yellow and maintain the firmness of pulp and improve the rate of good fruit,and significantly extend the shelf life of Cuiguan pear to more than 20 days at room temperature,while the shelf life of Cuiguan pear was only about 10 days.0.5μL·L-11-MCP treatment could meet the storage requirements of 20 days shelf life at room temperature.
