喷丸强化对不同组织状态下60Si_2Mn钢多冲疲劳寿命的影响

摘要 研究了喷丸强化对不同微观组织状态下的60Si2Mn钢多冲疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明喷丸可大大提高钢的强度,而且喷丸强化效果与组织状态密切相关,随着马氏体(M)由针状向板条状转化。 Effect of shot peening on multi-impact load fatigue life of 60Si2Mn steel in different microstructure was studied in this paper .Results show that markedly improved fatigue strength were obtained by shot peening and the positive effect is closely interrelated with the microstructure of the steel .The amount of improvement increases obviously when the martensites transform from needle-shaped ones into lath-shaped ones .
