摘要
基于光滑粒子流体力学方法,在AVL PreonLab仿真软件中建立了某纯电动车的涉水仿真模型,并结合涉水试验,研究了涉水工况下车身内外水的流动和分布规律,重点分析了电驱系统减速器呼吸孔和空调系统进风口的涉水性能。通过仿真和试验,改进了电驱系统减速器呼吸孔的设计,确保电驱润滑油不会进水。通过结构优化切断了水流进入空调进风口的流动路径,同时还验证了AVL PreonLab的仿真功能,表明其能够高效地支持车辆水管理的优化设计。
Based on the smoothed particle hydrodynamics method,the wading simulation model of a battery electric vehicle was established by using AVL PreonLab.Combined with the wading test,the water flow and distribution inside and outside the car body were studied.This paper focused on the wading performance of the breathing hole of the reducer unitin the electric drive system and the inlet of the air conditioning system.By using simulation and tests,the design of the breathing hole was improved to prevent water from entering the lubricating oil.After the structural optimization,the flow path through which water entered the inlet of the air conditioning systemwas cut off.The results also show that the AVL PreonLab can effectively support the optimization design of vehicle water management.
