再喂养综合征的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 再喂养综合征(RFS)是一种潜在致命威胁的营养不良并发症。通常发生在机体经过长期饥饿或营养不良重新摄入物质后,细胞内电解质发生移位,出现低磷、低钾、低镁血症,同时表现为急性循环过负荷和脏器衰竭,严重者可导致患者死亡。它的临床表现复杂多样,缺乏特异性[1~3]。
