响应面法优选黄芩炭炮制工艺研究 被引量:7

Optimization of Processing Technology of Scutellariae Radix Charcoal by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 目的优选黄芩炭的最佳炮制工艺。方法在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,采用响应面分析法进行实验设计,以黄芩苷的含量,小鼠的凝血时间和外观性状为响应值,优选出黄芩炒炭的最佳工艺条件,并进行验证。结果黄芩炭最佳炮制工艺为炮制时间10 min,炮制温度200℃,投料量100 g。黄芩炭平均凝血时间为(15.87±0.12) s,黄芩苷的含量为4.15%。结论本试验优选的黄芩炒炭工艺稳定可行,为黄芩炭的质量控制提供参考。 Objective To optimize the best processing technology of scutellariae radix charcoal. Methods Based on the single factor experiment, the experimental factors and levels were selected. The experimental design was based on the response surface analysis methods(RSM),and the content of baicalin,the clotting time of the rats and the external properties of scutellariae radix carbonisata were used as the response values. The optimal technological conditions of scutellariae radix carbonisata were optimized and verified. Results Optimal processing parameters were frying 10 min,with the bottom temperature being 200 ℃ and the dosage 100 g. The average clotting time of scutellariae radix carbonisata was(15.87±0.12)s. The content of baicalin was 4.15%. Conclusion The optimal process in this test was stable and feasible and it can provide the reference for quality control of scutellariae radix charcoal.
