摘要
花生是我国主要的油料和经济作物之一,实现花生种植加工的高油酸化是促进花生产业发展和深化农业供给侧结构改革的根本方向。本文概述了高油酸花生的特点,简要回顾了高油酸花生在我国的发展历程,对高油酸花生品种选育、栽培技术等方面的研究进展作了阐述,对高油酸花生生产和研究中存在的问题及发展对策进行了讨论。
Peanut is one of the main oil and cash crops in China.Realizing high-oleic acid in peanut planting and processing is the fundamental direction to promote peanut industry development and strengthen agricultural supply-side structural reform.In this paper,the characteristics of high-oleic acid peanut were summarized,the de⁃velopment of high-oleic acid peanut in China was briefly reviewed,the research progress of high-oleic acid peanut in variety breeding and cultivation technology was expounded,and the existing problems and development counter⁃measures in the production and research of high-oleic acid peanut were discussed.
