我国露天煤矿智能化发展现状及重点问题分析 被引量:62

Research and key issues on intelligent development of surface coal mines in China

摘要 为了推动我国露天煤矿的安全、高效、经济、绿色与可持续发展,依据国内外露天矿山智能化发展现状,从露天矿山自动化装备及系统的大范围应用、信息化数据链的集成、数据处理和决策、生产设计智能化与矿山工程设计-施工的一体化管控五个方面研究了当前露天矿山智能化发展趋势,并指出了当前我国露天煤矿智能化规划工作中面临的重点问题,即:露天矿山智能化的概念与内涵较为模糊、智能化改造涉及的规划内容、实施途径等尚未体系化、专业学科交叉中存在知识壁垒、缺乏合理的"投入-产出"评价标准、缺乏各规划内容优先级的决策依据。为解决上述存在的关键问题,分别从露天矿山智能化知识图谱的构建研究、矿山合理智慧程度评价体系的构建研究、规划内容优先级的决策方法研究等三个方面提出了解决关键问题的建议。 In order to promote the safe,efficient,economic,green and sustainable development of surface coal mines in China,based on the current status of intelligent development of surface mines at home and abroad,the current development trend of intelligent surface mines are studied from the following aspects: widely application of automation equipment and systems,integration of production design and mining,and integration of informationized data links,data processing and decision making. The key issues facing the current intelligent planning work are: the concept and connotation of the intelligentization of surface mines are relatively vague,the planning content and implementation approaches involved in intelligent transformation have not yet been systematic,and there are knowledge barriers in the intersection of professional disciplines,lack of reasonable"Input-output"evaluation criteria,lack of decision-making basis for the priority of planning content. The current important basic work are: construction of intelligent knowledge map for surface coal mines,construction of evaluation system for reasonable wisdom of mines,and decision-making methods for planning content priorities.
