纤维素对水包砂多彩粒子形态及多彩涂料仿石效果的影响 被引量:11

Effect of cellulose on the morphology of color particles and the effect of stone imitation in sand-in-water multi-color coatings

摘要 在平面型水包水多彩涂料的基础上,向分散相和连续相乳液中加入适量的石英砂,利用硅酸镁锂保护胶与纤维素之间的凝胶化反应,采用斯托默黏度计、流变仪研究了不同纤维素种类及用量对分散相流变性、彩粒形态、贮存稳定性的影响,分析了其对水包砂多彩涂料仿石效果的影响。结果表明:不同纤维素种类及用量会显著影响分散相在中低剪切下的黏度;在相同用量条件下,添加缔合型纤维素HE-10K分散相的触变性较添加HS100000的大,在造粒时彩点更圆润饱满,凹凸质感更强,碎点更少,仿石效果更佳;采用羟乙基纤维素HS100000和疏水改性羟乙基纤维素HE-10K复配时,制备的多彩涂料储存稳定性良好。 Based on planar w/w multi-color paint,an appropriate amount of quartz sand was added to the disperse phase and continuous phase emulsion.The effects of different cellulose type and dosages on the rheology of the disperse phase,the morphology and storage stability of color particles were studied by the gelation reaction of magnesium lithium silicate as protective gel and cellulose using Stormer viscometer and rheometer,and its influence on the imitating effect of sand-in-water colorful paint was analyzed.The results show that the cellulose type and dosage will greatly affect the viscosity of the disperse phase at middle and low shear.Under the same dosage conditions,the thixotropy of the disperse phase of the associative cellulose HE-10K is greater than that of the HS100000,the color dots are more round and full,the uneven texture is stronger,the broken dots are less,and the stone-like effect is better.When compound using hydroxyethyl cellulose HS100000 and hydrophobically modified hydroxyethyl cellulose HE-10K,the prepared colorful paint has good storage stability.
