摘要
随着扶贫攻坚进入关键时期,旅游产业由于广泛的经济联动性,在扶贫工作中发挥着重要作用。首先运用DEA视窗分析法对山东省旅游产业扶贫效率进行了测算,然后采用门限效应分析其影响因素。结果表明山东省旅游产业扶贫效率整体呈逐年上升趋势,但地区发展之间不均衡。各地区旅游产业扶贫效率影响因素存在双门限效应。建议各地区合理规划产业空间机构,实施人力资源战略,提高地区旅游产业竞争力,缩小地域间差距;发展旅游产业时注重规模与质量的双重提升,丰富乡村旅游产品,通过多种形式增加旅游者消费机会,充分发挥政府的引导帮扶作用,进而达到提升旅游产业扶贫效率的目的。
With the crucial period of poverty alleviation,tourism industry plays an important part in poverty alleviation due to its extensive economic linkage.Firstly,the efficiency of poverty alleviation of tourism industry in Shandong Province is calculated by Window-DEA method,and then the influencing factors are analyzed by threshold effect analyzer.The results show that the overall poverty alleviation efficiency of the tourism industry in Shandong Province is on the rise year by year,but the regional development is not balanced.There are two threshold effects on the poverty alleviation efficiency of the tourism industry in different regions.It is suggested that all regions should rationally plan industrial spatial institutions,implement human resources strategy,improve the competitiveness of regional tourism industry and narrow the gap between regions;When developing the tourism industry,we should pay attention to the double promotion of scale and quality,enrich rural tourism products,increase tourists'consumption opportunities through various forms,and give full play to the guiding and helping role of the government,so as to improve the poverty alleviation efficiency of the tourism industry.
