摘要
为有效治理特厚自燃综放回撤面封闭火区和防止启封后遗煤复燃,分析了回撤期间采空区遗煤自燃的诱因。基于此,提出了分阶段的火区综合治理思路,即启封前施工灭火钻孔灌注三相泡沫、采空区多源注氮和定点灌注液态CO2,对高温采空区进行覆盖隔氧、惰化降温的灭火治理;启封后架间施工钻孔压注凝胶堵漏风、采空区筛管注氮惰化,防止浮煤二次氧化。通过现场应用,实现了工作面火区的有效治理和安全启封,并抑制采空区遗煤复燃,保障了工作面的安全回撤。
In order to effectively control the closed fire area of the fully mechanized caving face with extra thick spontaneous combustion and prevent the remaining coal from burning again after unsealing,the causes and main locations of spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf during the withdrawal period were analyzed.Based on this,the idea of comprehensive fire area management were put forward,namely,the construction of fire extinguishing drilling and pouring three-phase foam before opening,the multi source nitrogen injection in the goaf and the fixed liquid perfusion CO2.The fire control was carried out on the high temperature mined out area to cover oxygen and inert cooling.After the opening,the construction hole was pressed by gel to plug the air leakage,and the goaf sieve nitrogen was inerted to prevent the two oxidation of the floating coal.Through on-site application,the effective control and safe unsealing of the working face fire area were realized,and the relight of the remaining coal in the goaf was restrained to ensure the safe withdrawal of the working face.
