摘要
研究不同Y含量对环境艺术用镁合金晶粒尺寸、物相组成、力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,在合金中添加1%Y质量分数后,合金的晶粒尺寸约为46μm,环境艺术用Mg-Zn-Zr合金具有较好的综合力学性能;在合金中Y含量不断增加的过程中,合金裂纹扩展的途径逐渐从沿着晶界扩展转变为沿着第二相扩展。
The effects of Y Content on grain size,phase composition,mechanical properties and fracture morphology of magnesium alloy for environmental art were studied.The results show that the grain size of the alloy is about 46μm after adding 1%Y,and the Mg-Zn-Zr alloy for environmental art has good comprehensive mechanical properties;with the increasing of Y content in the alloy,the crack propagation path gradually changes from along the grain boundary to the second phase.
