Cognition-Based Soft Control Design Method in Nuclear Power Plant

摘要 基于Rasmussen的三级行为模型及操纵员信息处理和判断决策模型,充分考虑核电站操纵员的完整操作过程,将软控制器设计分解为软控制器的获取、软控制器的识别和管理、控制输入、容错和校正、反馈和监视等5个部分,并给出了各部分设计的关键点,帮助识别设计过程中需要特别关注的关键问题。该设计方法符合操纵员的认知习惯,降低了人因失误的可能性,提高了人员效能,保证了核电站的安全经济运行。 Base on the Rasmussen’s three-level behavior model and operator information processing and judgment decision model,this paper takes full account of the complete operation process of the operator in nuclear power plant,and decomposes the soft control design into five parts:acquisition of the soft controller,identification and management of the soft controller,control input,fault tolerance and correction,feedback and monitoring,and gives the key points of each part to help identify key issues requiring special attention in the design process.This design method conforms to operator's cognitive habits,reduces the possibility of human error,improves personnel efficiency and ensures safe and economical operation of nuclear power plant.
