迷迭香醇提物对臭氧模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究迷迭香醇提物对臭氧衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法 40只小鼠随机分成4组:空白对照组(10 mL/kg NS),模型对照组(10 mL/kg NS),迷迭香醇提物组[800 mg/(kg·d)],吡拉西坦组[600 mg/(kg·d)]。除空白对照组外,其余各组小鼠每隔1天给1次臭氧(0.4 m^3/h,25 min),14 d后建模成功。分别进行Morris水迷宫和跳台实验测试小鼠学习记忆能力,检测小鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果迷迭香醇提物能明显改善臭氧所致的衰老体征和自发活动减少,在Morris水迷宫实验中明显缩短逃避潜伏期、减少小鼠找到安全台的时间、增加安全台穿越次数(均P<0.05);在跳台实验中明显降低跳台错误次数(P<0.05),并能显著地降低小鼠血清MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论迷迭香醇提物能有效的抵御臭氧引起的脂质过氧化和自由基损伤,改善臭氧衰老模型小鼠学习记忆障碍,其机制可能与清除自由基的抗氧化作用有关。 Objective:To study the antioxidant effects of ethanol extracts of Rosemary on ozone aging mice model.Methods:Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups:blank control group(10 mL/kg NS),model control group(10 mL/kg NS),Rosemary extract group[800 mg/(kg·d)],and Piracetam group[600 mg/(kg·d)].Except for the blank group,the mice in other groups were given ozone every other day(0.4 m^3/h,25 min).After 14 days,the model was built successfully.Morris water maze test and step down test were conducted to test the learning and memory ability of mice,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of mice was detected.Results:Rosemary could significantly improve the aging signs and spontaneous activity caused by ozone,decrease the escape latency,reduce the time of finding the safe platform and increase the time of crossing safe platform in Morris water maze test(P<0.05).In the step down test,the number of jumping errors was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the serum MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Rosemary can effectively resist lipid peroxidation and free radical damage caused by ozone,and improve the learning and impaired memory of ozone aging mice model.The mechanism may be related to the antioxidant ability of scavenging free radicals.
