番茄酱加工废水的好氧颗粒污泥活性恢复研究 被引量:1

Study on the recovery of aerobic granular sludge from tomato paste wastewater

摘要 在SBR反应器中,以人工配制的番茄酱生产废水培养了180多天的好氧颗粒污泥,经-18℃的长时间低温冷冻,作为唯一接种污泥实现颗粒化和活性恢复,并研究污泥特性的变化。结果表明,颗粒污泥10 d左右恢复活性,30 d完成新的颗粒化并恢复高效降解能力,新形成的颗粒污泥粒径分布均匀,平均沉速与粒径大小呈正相关,且粒径、密实度及沉速有所下降。优化沉淀时间到15 min,污泥浓度保持8.0 mg/L以上,COD、NH+4-N、PO3-4-P平均去除率分别保持在95%,85%和80%以上,随着运行增加,系统处理效能稳定提高。 In the SBR reactor,the aerobic granular sludge was cultured for more than 180 d with the waste water from the production of tomato paste.After a long period of low temperature freezing at-18 ℃,the granulation and activity recovery were realized as the only inoculation sludge,and the changes of sludge characteristics were studied.The results showed that the granular sludge was reactivated in about 10 d,the new granulation was completed in 30 d and the efficient degradation capacity was restored.The newly formed granular sludge had uniform particle size distribution,and the average sedimentation rate was positively correlated with the particle size,and the particle size,density and sedimentation rate were decreased.The settling time was optimized to 15 min,the sludge concentration was kept above 8.0 mg/L,and the average removal rates of COD,NH4^+-N and PO4^3--P were kept above 95%,85% and 80%,respectively.With the increase of operation,the treatment efficiency of the system was steadily improved.
