摘要
目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤患者内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗围手术期护理中风险护理的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月笔者所在医院收治的胃肠道间质瘤患者112例,应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,患者均行ESD治疗,对照组围手术期应用常规护理干预,研究组围手术期应用风险护理干预。观察分析两组护理满意度、风险事故发生率、手术结果及并发症发生率。结果:研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组风险事故发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃肠道间质瘤患者围手术期实施风险护理效果显著,可以减少风险事故发生,提高患者护理满意度,还有利于降低并发症发生率,降低患者术后疼痛,促进康复,减少住院时间,减轻患者及其家庭经济负担,值得临床上大力推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of risk nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Method:A total of 112 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.All patients received ESD treatment,the control group received routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period,and the study group received risk nursing intervention during the perioperative period.The nursing satisfaction,risk accident rate,operation result and complication rate of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk accident rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the activity time of getting out of bed was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of risk nursing in perioperative period for gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection surgery is significant,can reduce the incidence of risk accidents,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,but also conducive to reduce the incidence of complications,reduce postoperative pain,early recovery,reduce hospital stay,reduce the economic burden of patients and their families,it is worth clinical Vigorously promote.
