摘要
目的观察清肺方离子导入治疗痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎(community acquired pneumonia,CAP)的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用常规抗感染、化痰治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加清肺方离子导入治疗12 d;治疗前、治疗6 d后、治疗12 d后,分别观察两组患者中医证候积分、白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)计数、中性粒细胞百分比(neutrophil percentage,N%)、超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)及胸部CT的变化情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗6、12 d后,中医证候积分、WBC计数、N%、hs-CRP水平均显著下降(P<0.05);治疗6、12 d后,治疗组患者中医证候积分、WBC计数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肺部炎症吸收情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺方离子导入治疗痰热壅肺型CAP能够较快缓解患者咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、发热等症状,促进肺部炎症吸收。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingfei Prescription iontophoresis in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional anti-infective and phlegm-eliminating therapies,and those in the treatment group were given Qingfei Prescription iontophoresis in addition to the treatment in the control group;the course of treatment was 12 days for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,white blood cell count(WBC),percentage of neutrophils(N%),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and chest CT inflammation before treatment and after 6 and 12 days of treatment.Results After 6 and 12 days of treatment,both groups had significant reductions in TCM syndrome score,WBC,N%,and hs-CRP(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significantly lower TCM syndrome score and WBC than the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in the absorption of pulmonary inflammation after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of CAP with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung,Qingfei Prescription iontophoresis can rapidly relieve the symptoms of cough,expectoration,chest pain,and pyrexia and promote the absorption of pulmonary inflammation.
