作为促进全球合作的平台,全球经济治理为中国深入参与全球性事务提供了机遇。同为发展中经济体,中国和拉美国家通过货币合作、建立投资基金和金融机构、加强金融监管等路径和方式积极参与全球金融治理,为建立更加有效的全球金融治理体系贡献力量。在美拉金融联系强化和构建"国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局"新形势下,中拉双方可抓住中国金融业双向开放契机,探索数字货币等新的金融合作领域、合作内容,以更广、更深的双边、多边互动方式参与全球经济治理。
As a platform of promoting global economic cooperation, global economic governance provides an opportunity for China to deeply participate in global affairs. As developing economies, China and Latin American countries have actively participated in global financial governance through monetary cooperation, the establishment of investment funds and financial institutions, as well as the strengthening of financial supervision, thus contributing to the establishment of a more effective global financial governance system. Under the new circumstances of the strengthened financial ties between the United States and Latin America, China and Latin American countries should take advantage of the two-way opening up of China’s financial sector to explore new cooperation opportunities such as digital currency, so as to participate in global economic governance in a broader and deeper way.
