摘要
目的:观察手足口病患儿应用银翘三仁汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年5月笔者所在医院儿科收治的手足口病患儿为研究对象,实施随机两组,各30例患儿,予以对照组西医治疗,在西医治疗基础上予以观察组患儿银翘三仁汤治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及治疗前后中医症候积分。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,其中观察组为100%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮疹、咳嗽等常见临床症状消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组GLU、WBC及BUN水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组ALT水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病患儿采用西医治疗联合银翘三仁汤治疗可提高临床效果,加快临床症状缓解并能够显著减少中医症候积分,具有临床采纳价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao Sanren Decoction in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Method:A total of 60 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects,and they were randomized into two groups,30 children in each group.The children were treated with western medicine in the control group and the observation group treated with Yinqiao Sanren Decoction based on the western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms disappeared time and TCM syndrome scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Among them,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 100% and the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of common clinical symptoms in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of GLU,WBC and BUN between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the ALT level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine treatment combined with Yinqiao Sanren Decoction for children with hand,foot and mouth disease can improve the clinical treatment effect,accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,and significantly reduce the TCM syndrome points,which has clinical acceptance value.
