摘要
物流金融服务是物流衍生服务的重要组成部分,是物流与资金流结合的产物。近年来物流金融在我国发展迅速,成为物流企业和金融企业拓展发展空间、增强竞争力的重要领域。文中介绍物流金融与区块链技术的基本属性,阐述物流金融中存货质押融资的业务基本模式及存在的风险控制痛点,分析了基于区块链技术的存货质押融资的创新模式,并且为了克服该模式存在数据在进入区块链之前的人为造假道德风险,提出利用区块链+物联网技术相结合确保数据公开透明、难以伪造、实时性强的效果。
Logistics Financial service is an important part of logistics derivative services,which is the product of the combination of logistics and capital flow.In recent years,Logistics Finance has developed rapidly in China,becoming an important field for logistics enterprises and financial enterprises to expand development space and enhance competitiveness.This paper introduces the basic properties of Logistics Finance and Blockchain technology,expounds the basic business mode of inventory pledge financing in Logistics Finance and the existing risk control pain points,analyzes the innovative mode of inventory pledge financing based on Blockchain technology,and proposes to use blockchain+Internet of Things technology to overcome the moral hazard of artificial fraud of data before entering the Blockchain,the combination of these two methods can ensure that the data is open and transparent,difficult to forge,and has strong real-time performance.
