摘要
当今世界,科技与经济发展日新月异。物流业逐渐成为世界经济发展的重要推动力,是世界各国的支柱性产业。而物流园区作为物流业发展到一定阶段所形成的代表性产物,对世界经济与社会的发展,影响巨大。但是在物流园区的建设、发展与运营过程中,并不是一帆风顺的,存在着诸多的问题。怎样合理地解决问题,保证物流园区快速健康的发展,科学有效的规划与设计是解决问题的一个重要手段。文中首先介绍了物流园区的基本概念与发展现状;其次,进一步探究了物流园区的功能、特点及其与区域经济之间的关系;最后,从我国物流园区划设计中存在的问题出发,提出要科学统筹规划、控制园区建设规模,合理引导发展,开展示范物流园区工作、加强立法及政策支持,打破部门和地域限制、完善物流园区信息平台建设和重视人才培养等对策,以促进物流园区的快速健康发展。
Nowadays,science and technology and economy are developing with each passing day.The logistics industry has gradually become an important driving force for the development of the world economy and a pillar industry in all countries of the world.As a representative product of the development of logistics industry to a certain stage,logistics park has great influence on the development of world economy and society.But in the logistics park construction,development and operation process,is not smooth sailing,there are many problems.How to solve the problem reasonably and ensure the rapid and healthy development of logistics park,scientific and effective planning and design is an important means to solve the problem.Firstly,the paper introduces the basic concept and development status of logistics park,and secondly,further explores the function,characteristics and relationship between logistics park and regional economy.Finally,from the problems existing in the planning and design of logistics parks in China,it is concluded that it is necessary to plan scientifically,control the scale of park construction,guide development reasonably,carry out demonstration logistics park work,strengthen legislation and policy support,break the restrictions of departments and regions,perfect logistics park information platform construction and attach importance to personnel training and other countermeasures to promote the rapid and healthy development of logistics parks.
