摘要
目的:探究对喂养不耐受早产儿进行双歧杆菌四联活菌联合非营养性吸吮治疗对其血清炎性细胞因子及胃肠激素的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的108例喂养不耐受早产儿,按照随机分组原则将其分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予单纯非营养性吸吮治疗,观察组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌联合非营养性吸吮治疗。比较两组血清炎性细胞因子及胃肠激素水平。结果:治疗后,观察组炎性细胞因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清促胃液素为(159.62±46.19)ng/L,促胃动素(662.38±205.18)ng/L,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对喂养不耐受早产儿进行双歧杆菌四联活菌联合非营养性吸吮治疗,可改善患儿炎症反应,促进胃肠激素分泌,从而有效提高患儿胃肠功能。
Objective:To explore the effects of Bifidobacterium Quadruplets Viable Bacteria combined with non-nutritive sucking on serum inflammatory cytokines and gastrointestinal hormones in preterm infants with feeding intolerant.Method:A total of 108 preterm infants with feeding intolerant admitted in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomization principle,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pure non-nutritive sucking,while the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruplets Viable Bacteria combined with non-nutritive sucking.The serum inflammatory cytokines and gastrointestinal hormones levels were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of inflammatory cytokines in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of gastrin and motilin in the observation group were(159.62±46.19)ng/L and(662.38±205.18)ng/L,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium Quadruplets Viable Bacteria combined with non-nutritive sucking therapy for feeding intolerant preterm infants can improve the inflammatory reaction of children,promote the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones,so as to effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of children.
