摘要
目的:观察经跗骨窦切口微创钢板与外侧扩大入路切开钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2017年8月-2019年7月本院治疗的跟骨骨折患者82例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,均41例。对照组行外侧扩大入路切开钢板内固定,观察组行经跗骨窦切口微创钢板内固定。比较两组临床指标、足部功能恢复效果及并发症。结果:观察组术中出血量(43.90±8.13)ml,并发症总发生率7.32%,低于对照组的(56.18±10.37)ml、29.27%,手术时间(89.61±13.05)min,长于对照组的(76.24±15.16)min,骨折愈合时间(72.10±12.34)d,早于对照组的(85.49±13.71)d,观察组足部功能恢复优良率(75.61%)高于对照组(53.66%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经跗骨窦切口微创钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折在减少并发症、恢复足部功能方面效果更佳,且手术损伤小,骨折愈合时间短。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive steel plate through incision of the sinus tarsal and internal fixation with plate through the lateral enlarged approach to treat calcaneal fractures.Method:A total of 82 patients with calcaneal fractures treated in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each.The control group underwent lateral enlarged approach incision steel plate internal fixation,and the observation group underwent minimally invasive steel plate internal fixation via sinus tarsal incision.The clinical indicators,foot function recovery effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss[(43.90±8.13)ml]and the total incidence of complications(7.32%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(56.18±10.37)ml and(29.27%)].The operation time was(89.61±13.05)min,which was longer than(76.24±15.16)min in the control group.The fracture healing time was(72.10±12.34)days,which was earlier than(85.49±13.71)days in the control group.The foot function recovery rate(75.61%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(53.66%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive plate internal fixation via sinus tarsal incision is more effective in reducing complications and restoring foot function to calcaneal fractures,with less surgical damage and shorter fracture healing time.
