双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效被引量：2

Efficacy of Bifidobacterium Sanlian Huo Bian San combined with triple therapy on Helicobacter pylori infection

摘要目的探究双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院门诊收治的100例幽门螺杆菌感染患者,掷骰子后分为两组,各50例。综合组行双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合三联疗法治疗,常规组行三联疗法治疗,比较两组幽门螺杆菌根除情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果综合组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率(96.00%)高于常规组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组患者治疗有效率(98.00%)高于常规组(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组患者不良反应发生率(4.00%)低于常规组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在幽门螺杆菌感染患者的治疗中,双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合三联疗法不仅能有效根除螺旋杆菌,提升治疗有效率,而且能减少不良反应,应用价值较高。
