蓝莓提取物对小鼠免疫作用的研究 被引量:6

Research on the Nuclear Magnetic Analysis of Blueberry Extract and Immune Function in Mice

摘要 为对比酸性和碱性提取后的蓝莓粉提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响,首先运用核磁共振(1H-NMR)技术对样品进行定性,并对白藜芦醇进行定量分析,其次采用免疫学方法测定小鼠体质量变化、脏器比值、迟发型变态反应、碳廓清作用、血清溶血素等指标,综合考查其对小鼠免疫活性的影响。结果表明,酸性样品中白藜芦醇的含量为7.3%,而碱性样品中未检测出白藜芦醇;酸、碱性样品中均检测出一定量的蔗糖和各种构型的果糖和葡萄糖。免疫结果显示,酸性提取物与对照组相比能显著提高脾脏比值和迟发型变态反应强度(P<0.05),且酸性提取物中、高剂量组血清溶血素含量显著提高(P<0.05);而碱性提取物与对照组相比亦可显著提高迟发型变态反应,中、高剂量组还能显著增强碳廓清反应能力(P<0.05)。实验结果表明,2种不同pH来源的蓝莓提取物中、高剂量组均能增强对应组的小鼠免疫力。 To study the effect of two different pH sources of blueberry extracts on immune function in mice,~1H-NMR techniques were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze resveratrol in samples,and immunological methods were used to determine changes in body mass,visceral index,delayed type hypersensitivity,carbon clearance and serum hemolysin.The effects on immune activity of mice were investigated comprehensively.The results showed that the content of resveratrol in the acid sample was 7.3%,while resveratrol was not detected in the alkaline sample.Compared with the control group,the immunological results showed that the acidic extract significantly increased the spleen ratio and the intensity of allergic reaction(P<0.05),and the serum hemolysin content in the middle and high dose groups of the acid extract was increased significantly.While the alkaline extract significantly improved the delayed type hypersensitivity compared with the control group,the medium and high dose groups also significantly enhanced carbon clearance response(P<0.05).The experimental results show that the two different pH source blueberry extracts have different effects on immunity indexes,but the medium and high doses can enhance the immunity of mice corresponding group.
