摘要
阐述了数字化在智能航运系统中的应用、智能航运数字化特征及对航运业的价值,基于数字化智能航运的“联”和“链”特征,提出了智能航运要素协同发展与“一盘棋”整体发展战略。
Explains the application of digitization in the intelligent shipping system,the characteristics of digitization of intelligent shipping and its value to the shipping industry.Based on the characteristics of"connection"and"chain"of digital intelligent shipping,the coordinated development of intelligent shipping elements and the"one game of chess"are proposed as a development strategy.
