摘要
建立阀体毛坯热挤压成形的有限元模型,通过数值模拟分析阀体毛坯在热挤压成形过程中存在的问题,并对阀体毛坯热挤压成形工艺及所使用的模具进行优化。通过小批量试制表明,采用优化后的阀体毛坯热挤压成形工艺方案,精度和尺寸满足要求,并降低了缺陷率。
The finite element model of the hot extrusion forming of the valve body blank was established,the problems existing in the hot extrusion forming process of the valve body blank were analyzed through numerical simulation,and the hot extrusion forming process of the valve body blank and the used mold were optimized.Through small batch trial production,it is shown that when using the optimized hot extrusion forming process plan for the valve body blank,the accuracy and dimension requirements could be satisfied while the defect rate is reduced.
