摘要
“融媒体”的快速发展深刻影响了社会各领域,尤其是高校思想政治教育领域。通过对“融媒体”时代大学生思想政治教育现状及困境的描述和分析,提出树立“融媒体”传播理念,提升思想政治教育传播效果;加强优质内容供给,满足学生实际需求;加大人才引进力度,完善人才的建设、培养和管理机制;创新“融媒体”传播平台,构建全覆盖的“大思政”格局;加强顶层设计,推动媒体融合朝着正确方向发展的优化路径。只有将思想政治教育与“融媒体”发展相融合,充分发挥“融媒体”的重要育人功能,才能不断提升新时代大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。
The rapid development of“integrated media”has deeply affected all fields of society,especially the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper describes and analysis of the current situation and dilemma of the ideological and political education of college students in the era of“integrating media”,this paper proposed to set up the communication concept of“integrating media”and improve the communication effect of ideological and political education,strengthen the supply of high-quality content to meet the actual needs of students as well as the introduction of talents and improve the construction,training and management mechanism of talents,innovate the communication platform of“integrating media”,and construct the pattern of“general ideological and political education”with full coverage,strengthen the top-level design and promote the optimization path of media convergence in the right direction.Only by integrating ideological and political education with the development of“integrated media”,and giving full play to the important educational function of“integrated media”,can the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students in the new era be improved.
