摘要
[目的/意义]通过对“新时代一流学术期刊建设——第二届全国图书情报与档案管理期刊高峰论坛”上发布的《图情档一流期刊建设苏州倡议》进行文本分析及思考,旨在为图情档期刊融入二次文献期刊的刊载范围,提升图情档期刊话语权提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]本文采用内容分析和文献调研的方法,对《图情档一流期刊建设苏州倡议》提出的背景与思考进行梳理与分析。[结果/结论]学术期刊是提升学术话语权的重要平台;二次文献期刊是学术话语权之集中体现,但图情档期刊在《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》的可见度不高;提升面向话语体系构建的图情档期刊话语权有多种效度。
[Purpose/Significance]Through the text analysis and thinking of Suzhou Initiative on the Construction of First-class Academic Journals of Library Information and Archives Management Journal released by“The Construction of First-class Academic Journals in the New Era:The Second National Library Information and Archives Management Journal Summit Forum”,this paper aims to provide reference and reference for library information and archives management journal to enter the publishing range of secondary literature journals and enhance the discourse power of library information and archives management journal.[Method/Process]This paper adopted the methods of content analysis and literature research to analyze and sort out the background and thinking of Suzhou Initiative on the Construction of First-class Academic Journals of Library Information and Archives Management Journal.[Results/Conclusion]Academic journals are an important platform to enhance academic discourse power.The secondary literature journals are the concentrated expression of academic discourse power,but the visibility of these journals in Xinhua Digest and Chinese Social Science Digest is not high.There are many kinds of validity to improve the discourse power of library information and archives management journal.
