Treatment of dyeing wastewater using electrochemical oxidation technology with Ti/SnO2-Sb-Ni anode and air-cathode

摘要 研究了采用Ti/SnO2-Sb-Ni阳极与空气阴极电化学氧化系统处理实际印染废水,分析了电极间距的影响。此体系能够有效处理印染废水,快速降低废水的化学需氧量(COD)并实现废水的完全脱色。在电流密度为10 mA/cm^2时经过30min的电解可实现废水的COD由121.2 mg/L降低至低于50 mg/L,COD的去除符合一阶动力学,其动力学常数K1为0.0321 min^-1,电流效率为46.52%,能耗为5.92 kWh/m^3。改变电极间距对印染废水COD的去除并没有显著的影响,但能耗水平与电极间距呈现线性相关,这表明可通过减少电极间距来优化设备,从而降低废水处理能耗。 The electrochemical oxidation system with Ti/SnO2-Sb-Ni anode and air-cathode was used to treat the real dyeing wastewater and the effect of electrode spacing was investigated.This system can effectively treat real dyeing wastewater and quickly reduce the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of wastewater and achieve complete decolorization.After 30 minutes of electrolysis at current density of 10 mA/cm^2,the COD can be reduced to less than 50 mg/L from 121.2 mg/L.The removal process of COD followedthe first-order kinetics.The kinetic constant K1 was 0.0321 min^-1 and the current efficiency and energy consumption were 46.52%and 5.92 kWh/m^3.Change of electrode spacing had no significant effect on the removal of COD,but the energy consumption was linearly related to the electrode spacing,which indicated that the apparatus can be optimized by reducing the electrode spacing to save energy consumption of wastewater treatment.
