不同截面形状的电磁感应加热管道流动换热性能对比研究

Comparative Study on Flow Heat Transfer Performance of Electromagnetic Induction Heating Pipeline with Different Cross Section Shapes

摘要 以变压器油电磁感应加热管道为研究对象,研究了相同加热条件下圆管、椭圆直管和交叉椭圆管三种管道的加热性能。建立了三种加热管道的流动换热模型,以圆管作为电磁感应加热管道搭建了变压器油加热实验装置,实验结果验证了数值模拟的正确性。对比分析了不同入口油温下三种管型的努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f,并从管内流场和温度场分布和场协同效应的角度阐明了强化传热的机理。结果表明:在不同入口油温下,交叉椭圆管的努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f大于圆管和椭圆直管;交叉椭圆管的周期性变化截面改善了管内流动换热的场协同效果,因而强化管内对流换热。 Taking transformer oil induction heating pipeline as the research object,the heating performance of circular pipe,elliptical straight pipe and alternating elliptical axis tube under the same heating condition was studied. The flow heat transfer models of three kinds of heating pipelines are established,and the experimental equipment of transformer oil heating is set up with the circular tube as the electromagnetic induction heating pipeline. The Nusselt number and drag coefficient of three types of tubes at different inlet oil temperatures are compared and analyzed. The results show that the Nusselt number and drag coefficient of the alternating elliptical axis tube are higher than that of the round tube and the ellipse tube at different inlet oil temperatures. The periodic cross section of the alternating elliptical axis tube improves the field synergistic effect of the flow heat transfer in the tube and thus enhances the convection heat transfer in the tube.
