不同加热温度下轴承钢脱碳的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 轴承钢在现代工业中已得到广泛应用,但轴承钢在生产过程中的脱碳现象会造成其使用性能下降,硬度和耐磨性降低,对其性能造成严重影响。针对轴承钢的脱碳过程开展研究工作,设计并搭建了实验平台,实验过程炉内水分含量为0.3%,轴承钢温度为700~1 200℃,保温时间为40 min,通过对实验结果分析得到了轴承钢表面脱碳层厚度随温度的变化规律,所做工作将为轴承钢的实际生产过程中产品质量的提升提供指导。 Bearing steel has been widely used in modern industry,but the decarburization phenomenon in the production process of bearing steel will lead to the decline of its service performance,hardness and wear resistance,which will seriously affect its performance. In this paper,the decarburization process of bearing steel is studied,and the experimental platform is designed and built. The moisture content in the furnace is 0. 3%,the temperature of bearing steel is 700 ~ 1 200 ℃,and the holding time is 40 minutes. Through the analysis of the experimental results,the variation law of decarburization layer thickness on the bearing steel surface with temperature is obtained. The work in this paper will be helpful to the actual production process of bearing steel Provide guidance for the improvement of product quality.
