摘要
刘惠民等名医名家临床运用大毒之品马钱子治疗胃缓、中风、痿证、脑肿瘤、癣、痹病、血证等,屡获良效。探赜其理,既符合中医理论,又有现代研究证实其科学性。刘惠民等名医名家对马钱子炮制有独到认识,在传统炮制基础上进行特色炮制,总结出独特方法。研究梳理刘惠民等名医名家运用马钱子的用药经验,以期为马钱子的临床应用和现代炮制提供参考。
LIU Huimin and other prominent traditional Chinese medicine practitioners applied Maqianzi(Strychni Semen)to treat gastroptosis,stroke,flaccidity syndrome,brain tumor,dermatomycosis,arthralgia syndrome,aplastic anemia,etc.,and achieved good results repeatedly.It accords with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and modern pharmacology research also proves its scientific nature.LIU Huimin and other prominent traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have their own unique apprehension of using and processing Maqianzi.They also concluded advanced methods of processing based on the traditional ways.The study summarizes the experience in applying Maqianzi of LIU Huimin and other prominent traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,to offer ideas for modern Maqianzi processing and clinical application.
