Research on Roll Gap Automatic Control System of Rolling Mill

摘要 为提高轧机辊缝控制精度,建立了轧机辊缝控制系统开环传递函数,分别采用人工鱼群算法和蚁群算法进行轧机辊缝PID控制器参数优化,基于Simulink仿真比较了2种算法优化的系统响应性能和抗干扰性能。仿真结果表明:人工鱼群算法相比蚁群算法,系统阶跃信号的超调量下降了12%以上,调整时间缩短了14%以上,稳态误差降低了25%以上;采用人工鱼群算法的系统随机信号响应曲线波动范围均小于采用蚁群算法的系统,因此经人工鱼群算法优化的系统响应性能以及抗干扰性能均优于蚁群算法。 In order to improve the precision of roll gap control,established the open-loop transfer function of roll gap control system,artificial fish swarm algorithm and ant colony algorithm are used to optimize the parameters of PID controller of roll gap.Based on Simulink simulation,the system response and anti-interference performance of the two algorithms are compared.The simulation results show that compared with ant colony algorithm,the overshoot of system step signal is reduced by more than 12%,the adjustment time is shortened by more than 14%,and the steady-state error is reduced by more than 25%.The fluctuation range of system random signal response curve using artificial fish colony algorithm is smaller than that using ant colony algorithm.Therefore,the response performance and anti-interference performance of the system optimized by artificial fish swarm algorithm are better than that of ant colony algorithm.
