摘要
为了分析拦阻钩挂索拉平过程对飞机液压系统的影响,提出一种拦阻操纵单元地面联试方案,该方案设计了拦阻钩挂索拉平模拟机构。通过滑轮使用绳索将配重块与拦阻钩相连,配重块下落带动拦阻钩快速运动。为了获得拦阻钩快速拉平所需配重块质量,基于ADAMS软件建立了拦阻钩挂索拉平动力学模型,通过仿真初步计算出所需配重块质量。根据该方案进行试验,结果表明,该方案能够较好模拟机上拦阻钩快速拉平过程,具有合理性与可靠性,为飞机液压系统设计提供了理论依据与重要参考。
In this paper,we propose a ground joint test scheme for arresting control unit to analyze the impact of arresting hook moving process after engaging an arresting cable on the aircraft hydraulic system.First,we design a simulative mechanism to simulate arresting hook moving process after engaging an arresting cable.The pulley and rope are used in the simulative mechanism to connect the counterweight with the arresting hook,and the falling of counterweight drives the quick movement of arresting hook.Then the dynamic model of the designed simulative mechanism is established based on the ADAMS,and the required mass of the counterweight is thus obtained through the simulation.Based on the proposed scheme,a practical ground joint test for arresting hook controller was carried out.The test results show that,our scheme is able to simulate the real working state of the aircraft arresting hook control system with high rationality and reliability,which provides theoretical basis and important reference for the aircraft hydraulic system design.
