摘要
教科书作为意识形态的物化载体,承担着“培养什么人,怎样培养人,为谁培养人”的重要使命。20世纪上半叶,虽然战乱频仍、政权更迭、经济社会混乱,但不同时期的不同政权都试图对中小学教科用书进行管理、控制,并进行了多次统编教科书的尝试,有的成功了,有的失败了。半个世纪的曲折探索,使我们认识到教科书的编写必须处理好“国定制”与“审定制”、“统编”与“统用”、“统编”与“非统编”的关系,加强国家对教科书的管理,提高教科书的质量,实现“为党育人,为国育才”的目的。
As the materialized carrier of ideology,textbooks bear the important mission of understanding"for whom to cultivate people".In the first half of the 20th century,although there were frequent wars,regime changes,and economic and social chaos,different regimes in different periods tried to manage and control the textbooks in primary and secondary schools,and made many attempts to compile textbooks.Some of them suceeded,others failed.The tortuous exploration of half a century has made us realize that the compila tion of textbooks must deal with the relationship between"compiled by nation"and"compiled by local expert s and approved by nation","unified compila tion"and"unifieduse",and"unified compila tion"and"local compilation",strengthen the textbook management of the nation,improve the quality of textbooks,and achieve the goal of"cultivating talents for the nation".
