摘要
该文围绕“办人民满意的教育”和“办世界一流的教育”两个新目标,以“服务需求、提高质量”为主线,结合多年研究生培养实践,积极探索研究生培养模式的完善和研究生培养质量的提升。就如何主动对接国家社会经济发展、科技创新和行业发展等重大战略需求,充分发挥导师的主导作用和研究生的主体作用。从导师能力建设、科教融合、社会实践和立德树人等方面着手,改进研究生培养方法和教育教学方式,着力培养研究生的创新能力、实践能力和社会担当,丰富研究生培养模式的内涵,全面提升研究培养质量。
This paper,centering on the two new goals of"providing education that the people are satisfied with"and"providing world-class education",takes"service demand and improving quality"as the main line,combines many years of postgraduate training practice,and actively explores the perfection of postgraduate training model and the improvement of postgraduate training quality.In order to take the initiative to meet the national social and economic development,scientific and technological innovation and industrial development and other major strategic needs,it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of tutors and the main role of postgraduates.The training methods and teaching methods of postgraduates should be improved from the aspects of tutors'capacity building,integration of science and education,social practice and moral education.It is proposed to focus on training postgraduates'innovation ability,practical ability and social responsibility,enrich the connotation of postgraduate training model,and comprehensively improve the quality of postgraduate training.
