摘要
国际组织人才的培养是中国日益走近世界舞台中央,积极参与全球治理的重要一步。高校应责无旁贷成为国家培养、造就、输送国际组织人才的坚强阵地。对标国际组织人才的核心价值与能力,探索具有国际视野和全球胜任力的拔尖创新人才的培养模式,为此推送更多优秀人才走向国际舞台、参与全球治理、发出中国强音,提供措施建议。
The talent training for international organizations is a key move for China to step further toward the center of the world stage and to actively participate in global governance.Colleges and universities should take the responsibility unswervingly for the country to train,cultivate and transfer talents for international organizations.Taking the core value and capabilities of talents in international organizations as a standard,colleges and universities should explore a training model of topnotch innovative talents with international vision and global competence,in order to cultivate more outstanding talents to the international organizations,who can participate in global governance and give a strong Chinese voice.
