摘要
中医医案研究对传承医家学术思想、指导临床实践、拓展临床思路具有重要价值。分析现有中医医案研究方法所面临的局限性,结合中医医案要求理、法、方、药真实记录的特点,将案例推理方法用于中医医案研究。对案例推理模式下的中医医案收集、医案内容表征、相似医案检索过程、医案重用与修正的实现、医案保存及医案研究有效性验证进行系统研究,提出构建基于案例推理的中医医案研究方法学体系,以期为中医医案更有效地辅助临床决策奠定基础。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is of great value to pass on the academic ideas of doctors, guide clinical practice, and expand clinical thinking. This paper analyzes the limitations of the existing TCM medical record research methods, and combines the characteristics of TCM medical records that require the characteristics of truthful records of principles, laws, prescriptions, and medicines, and applies the medical record-based reasoning method to the study of TCM records. Systematic research was conducted on TCM medical record collection, medical record content characterization, similar medical record retrieval process, medical record reuse and revision realization, medical record preservation and medical record research validity verification under the medical record-based reasoning model, and proposed to build a medical record-based reasoning. The research methodological system of TCM medical records aims to lay the foundation for more effective clinical decision-making assistance of TCM medical records.
