摘要
综合分析2020年1—3月期间中医药早期、全程介入新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床救治资料,认为本病病位主要在肺,属于湿毒疫病,各地不同时令六淫的变化是疾病发生的诱因,核心病机为湿、毒、热、痰、瘀、虚;本病具有疫毒袭肺、壅肺、闭肺以及扰及心营等疫病病程发展的阶段性特点,治疗应辨病与辨证相结合,将疾病的病情轻重、病程分期与中医证候相结合。实践证明早期轻症、普通型宣肺透邪、化湿解毒,进展期重型及早清营凉血、化瘀通络,可以提高新型冠状病毒肺炎的治愈率、降低重症发生率,对于降低病死率有一定价值。
A comprehensive analysis on the clinical treatment data of early and full intervention of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) from January to March 2020 was conducted. It is believed that the disease is mainly located in the lung, and it belongs to a dampness toxin pestilence. The change of the six exopathogens in different seasons and in different regions is the cause of disease occurrence, and the core pathogenesis is dampness, toxin, heat, phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency. The disease has the stage characteristics of the development of epidemic diseases such as pestilence toxin attacking the lungs, obstructing the lungs, closuring the lungs and disturbing the heart. The treatment should combine syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation, combining the severity and stage of the disease with TCM syndromes. Practice has proved that for patients of early mild and common types, ventilating the lungs and diffusing pathogen, dissipating dampness and detoxification should be applied. For the advanced severe cases, clearing heat and cooling blood, and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, can improve the curative rate of COVID-19, reduce the incidence of severe cases, and has a certain value in reducing the mortality rate.
