摘要
高压及特高压电网是电力系统中进行远距离大规模电能输送的重要物理传导网络。输电线路暴露在自然环境中,常被塑料等非金属异物缠绕,易造成重大供电安全事故,故须清除异物。为安全、快捷的清除高压输电线上的异物,本文分析研究了激光清除聚合物的原理,设计了高压输电线异物激光清除系统,搭建了实验装置,并对七种常见输电线异物进行了清除实验研究。实验结果表明,本文设计的激光清除设备可对高压输电线上常见的异物进行有效清除,结构简单,安装调试容易,便于操作,易于实现远距离、完全非接触清除,对光缆实现了完全无损,且具有高效、快捷、安全性高等优点,对大部分异物的清除仅需不到3 s时间。
High voltage and UHV power grids are the important physical conduction network of long distance and large-scale power transmission in the power system.Transmission lines exposed to the natural environment are often wound by nonmetallic foreign bodies such as plastics,which may easily cause serious power supply safety accidents.Therefore,foreign bodies must be removed.In order to remove foreign bodies on high voltage transmission lines safely and quickly,the principle of laser removal polymer was analyzed and studied in this paper,a laser removal system for foreign bodies on high voltage transmission lines was designed,an experimental device was set up,and seven common foreign bodies on transmission lines were removed experimentally.The experimental results show that the laser cleaning equipment designed in the paper can clean the common foreign bodies of high voltage transmission lines efficiently.It is simple in structure and easy to install and debug and operate.It is easy to achieve remote completely non-contact cleaning.This operation can realize completely lossless for fiber optic cable and it has the advantage of high efficiency,speed and safety.The system takes less than three seconds to clean most of foreign body.
