摘要
区块链交易对传统中心化交易产生了深远影响,催生了"脱媒现象",即去除传统交易中间环节或记账中心,呈现出完全自由主义市场经济特征,表现出与传统中心化交易完全不同的运作机制。通过对区块链交易与中心化交易的比较发现,区块链交易是基于无中心网络架构点对点交易与所有权管理的一体化过程,其利用共识机制,实现存储数据一致性,并通过加密技术将交易信息以区块形式相连接,从而形成了分布式存储的账本系统,其本质是减少交易主体对于传统记账中心的信任。区块链交易与中心化交易在交易环境、交易结构、交易媒介、交易频率及交易主体上具有明显的差异,如混淆两种交易系统,在缺乏完全认知的情况下,容易走向去中心化的极端、引发非理性行为及交易风险等问题。应对区块链交易和中心化交易在本质和特征辨析的基础上采用适当政策促区块链交易的发展。最后,以"区块链交易+农业"为例,讨论了区块链交易的具体推进策略。
Blockchain transactions have a profound impact on traditional centralized transactions,which has given birth to the phenomenon of disintermediation,that is,the removal of traditional transaction intermediate links or bookkeeping centers,showing the characteristics of a completely liberal market economy,whichis a completely different operating mechanism from traditional centralized transactions.The comparison between blockchain transactions and centralized transactions reveals that blockchain transactions are based on the integrated process of point-to-point transactions and ownership management of non-central network architecture,which utilizes consensus mechanism to achieve the consistency of stored data and connect transaction information in block form through encryption technology,thus forming a distributed storage ledger system,which is essentially to reduce the trust of transaction subjects in traditional bookkeeping centers.Blockchain transactionsand centralized transactions have obvious differences in transaction environment,structure,medium,frequency and subject,as confusing the two trading systems,in the absence of full understanding,it is easy to go to the extreme of de-centralization,causing irrational behavior and transaction risk.The development of blockchain transactions should be promoted by adopting appropriate policies on the basis of the identification of nature and characteristics of blockchain transactions.Finally,taking"blockchain transactionplus agriculture"as an example,the specific propulsion strategy of blockchain transactions is discussed.
